Why a Wether & Hide travel bag
The Ridgeway is built like the rest of the range: canvas that shrugs off drizzle, leather where the wear happens, and no ornament that cannot survive being checked into a hold. The wide zip opening means you can find a charger in the dark without unpacking.
Care & breaking in
Waxed canvas develops a characterful patina with use; re-wax once or twice a year to keep it water-repellent. Crazy-horse leather carries scuffs as part of the look and most buff out with a thumb. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, dry away from radiators, and never machine-wash.
Guarantee & shipping
Dispatch is 3 to 5 working days, and UK delivery takes another 5 to 10 working days. Returns are accepted within 30 days; if nothing is wrong with the bag, return postage is on you. Every piece is checked before it leaves us.

Returns
Please make sure to send back all returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at wetherandhide@gmail.com for the return address. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include any relevant information, such as the order number or a copy of the receipt, to help us verify your purchase. Once your package is prepared, mail it to the provided address.
