Care & breaking in
Waxed canvas develops a characterful patina with use. Re-wax once or twice a year to keep it water-repellent. Full-grain leather will darken and soften naturally, which is exactly what you want. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, dry away from radiators, and never machine-wash. Your bag will look better at year three than at day one.

Return Process

Great backpack, spacious, well-protected, sturdy. I didn't like the zipper used very much; it gets stuck at times. Still, I recommend the backpack. It's better than the ones sold in Brazil.
Very good quality, it shows that it will last a long time, I thought it was smaller, but it's quite spacious and has good compartments, I recommend it.
I am COMPLETELY SURPRISED with this backpack and it arrived well before the deadline! The first impression is that the fabric on the outside is very thick, even somewhat stiff - probably due to being waterproof. You can tell it's quality fabric that will last a long time. It is extremely large and tall, you can even stand the glasses upright with room to spare in height. . It fit all my equipment - notebook, two cameras, two lenses, a bag with cables, two chargers, a flash, and even items that I normally use in shoots like prisms, sunscreen, repellent, etc. . . (It didn't fit in the other backpack I had anymore) and there's still a lot of space left! Even with the high taxes for Brazil, it's still very worth it! And I believe she doesn't lose much to branded backpacks for photographers, just in terms of not being made of leather like most branded ones usually are! Besides, she is beautiful! I really loved it so much and I'm super happy with this backpack, you can buy without worry!
